1999 – full higher education majoring in "Jurisprudence" at the Khmelnytskyi Institute of Regional Management and Law (today - Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law named after Leonid Yuzkov) and qualified as a lawyer.
CAREER
2019 – 2020 – Professor of the Department of Justice, Faculty of Law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Since 2020 Professor at the Department of notary, enforcement and advocacy, prosecutor's office, judiciary of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
THESIS
2012 – Defended thesis for the degree of Candidate of Sciences (Sciences of Law), specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and process; finance law; information law. Topic: "Executive authorities as a party in matters of administrative jurisdiction".
2018 – Defended thesis for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (Sciences of Law), specialty 12.00.10 – judiciary, prosecutor's office and advocacy. Topic: "Theoretical and Methodological, Organizational and Legal Bases for Implementation of the Representation Function by Public Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine".
